Is “The Best” to much? Not for John!
We want to thank John Burke and his team from Great Plains Bank for all the work they did in helping us get a VA home loan procced and approved after it was discovered that we had an active CAIVERS hit.
We were told that we could not be approved and that we would have to wait another nine months before we should try to obtain a home loan through VA. With my wife’s fortitude and tenacity, she sought you out and you proved to us that you do what you say. Other people that we contacted could not or would not bother and kicked us to the curb.
We truly appreciate all the hard work that you and the rest of your team have done for us both. It was truly a pleasure getting this mortgage approved with your all’s help. You are all highly respected and recommend by us for any and all mortgage needs.

Hi John, I am waiting for an updated COE fron the VA. I had an COE from 1996. My situation is this. I am retired receiving $2k a month from Social Security. My wife is working, making $72k a year. We are currently renting at $2100 a month. My Experian score is 660 and my wife’s is 691. We filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2/2010 and has been discharged with no problems. We live in California and we have $25k that we can use for down. Do you see any problems? Please advice. Thank you.
